In 2005, Elbert County EMS responded to a total of 3,161 calls. Of those calls 20% (626) were Out of County Transports and 45% (1430) were Multiple Calls. Our average response time for Emergency Calls was 11.9 minutes from the time the call was received until a unit was on scene.

Also new this year is the construction of our EMS Station. This will be located on the corner of Mahoney Street and Martin Luther King Jr, Blvd. Check out the photos page for pictures as the construction progresses.
